Venue
The reunion will take place at Windsor Island Resort Community, Davenport, Florida, from Friday July 4, 2025, to Sunday July 6, 2025. Food and Accommodation is included with your contribution fee.
The Windsor Resort features spacious accommodations, a large recreation area for activities, and excellent dining facilities. There are also pools and entertainment areas perfect for family fun. Windor Island Resort Amenities
Activities will take place at designated spots within the resort which includes the main house and secondary house for gatherings, the clubhouse recreation area for community amenities. You are also invited to a sponsored bowling event at Splitsville Disney Springs, downtown Orlando.

Yes! We’ve planned a variety of events to ensure there’s something for everyone, from kids to elders. Activity participation is optional.
Yes, we’ll have an Awards Recognition Ceremony on Day 3, with prizes for participation in activities and standout family achievements. The ultimate award, the Family Dynasty Cup, will go to the highest-ranking family group for bragging rights until the next reunion. This flame keeper tradition will become a part of the fabric of our family values.

Travel & Accommodation
Davenport, Florida, is easily accessible by car or plane. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), about a 40-minute drive from the Windsor Resort.

Of course, families are more than welcome to extend their stay or arrive a bit earlier! The properties are reserved from July 3rd to July 7th, with the main event celebration reserved for July 4th to July 6th.
We kindly request check-in after 4:00 pm on the 3rd and check-out before 9:00 am on the 7th to ensure that everything is smoothly set up for family members during the celebration dates. This way, you can enjoy your time without feeling rushed and make the most out of your stay with us.
